2. Delivery & Installation:
  • Delivery Methods: DeepGuard AI offers on-site installation and direct shipment of hardware devices.
  • Processing & Delivery Time: We ship all purchases within 7 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Generally you can expect your items within 2-3 weeks but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.
  • Global Availability: Our services and products are available for delivery and installation worldwide.
3. Returns & Refunds:
  • Hardware Returns & Refunds: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a full refund, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.Delivery Methods: DeepGuard AI offers on-site installation and direct shipment of hardware devices.
  • Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Long Thread Media Offices.Software License Refunds: Software licenses are non-refundable once purchased and activated.
  • We offer full refunds on all products within 30 days of purchase date.

  • Customers may cancel orders within 30 days for a full refund. Beyond 30 days, cancellations will not be accepted.
